Zak Brown called for both current and former Red Bull team members to sign an affidavit confirming that the device was not used under Parc Ferme conditions. However, Christian Horner dismissed it as mere “paranoia” and “moaning” from a rival, claiming it was just a distraction.

Ferrari’s team principal Fred Vasseur also believes that if Red Bull did modify their car, it would be a straightforward violation. He noted that there have been many unclear situations this season, and this is also one of them. However, he emphasizes that they must trust the FIA in this situation.

I am confident the matter is dealt with going forward. But if they have done it in the past, there is no grey area about it. Modifying your car in parc ferme is as clear a breach of the regulations as possible.
