The tennis season for men’s tennis ended following the Davis Cup. Italy defended their title and in their team, Jannik Sinner won all the matches he played without dropping a set.
The Davis Cup was just one of 10 titles (also in an unofficial tournament) Sinner lifted this year. Sinner won the Six Kings Slam, an exhibition event held in Riyadh and took home $6 million.
The amazing year means Sinner is top of the list when it comes to best win-loss record. He has dominated every man on the tour he has played except for Carlos Alcaraz, who stands second on the list. And even though Novak Djokovic barely played much in tournaments other than the majors, he interestingly stands in the third position.
After these three players, Alexander Zverev comes next with a 69-21 (76.7) record, followed by Grigor Dimitrov with 46-18 (71.9%).

Jannik Sinner- 92.4%
Jannik Sinner, who won eight singles titles on the ATP Tour, has the best win-loss record this season as he lost just six matches out of the 79 matches he has played. Two of those wins came in Grand Slam finals he won at the Australian Open and the US Open.

Since becoming No.1 during the French Open, maintained his dominance and his 73 wins are the most on the ATP Tour since Andy Murray (78) in 2016.
Carlos Alcaraz-80.6%
Carlos Alcaraz lifted his first French Open and defended his Wimbledon crown. Although he won all the three matches he played against Sinner on the ATP Tour, he was the second-best player on the tour with a 54-13 win-loss record.

Alcaraz also won the silver medal at the Paris Olympics and his French Open victory made him the youngest (21) to win a Grand Slam singles final on all three different surfaces. The 21-year-old had ended the season in 2022 as No. 1 but this time he finished at No. 3.
Novak Djokovic-80.4%
Novak Djokovic was the most successful player in 2023 winning three majors but this year, he remained trophyless in Grand Slam events. Twice he reached the summit clash on the ATP Tour, at Wimbledon and Shanghai Masters, losing both to Alcaraz and Sinner respectively.

He even withdrew from several tournaments, including the ATP Finals due to injury. In spite of a lackluster season, Djokovic stands third on the list with a win-loss percentage of 80.4. He has lost nine matches out of the 46 he played.
Djokovic however accomplished what he wanted the most this season, that is the Olympic gold medal which he won with a straight-set win over Alcaraz in the final. He has hired Murray as his coach for the Australian Open and it will be interesting to see how he performs under the guidance of his old rival.
