He has consistently strengthened the roster by bringing back talent at key moments, a trend that could continue in 2025. As the year unfolds, The Game may look to sign some of the top free agents in professional wrestling and bring them back to WWE.
This year, WWE signed incredible talents like Penta and Jordynne Grace to elevate their respective divisions. Given the current landscape, several free agents could be a great addition to the roster. Not only would these talents have the opportunity to revitalize their careers, but they could also bring a fresh dynamic to WWE’s product if signed.
3. Mandy Rose
Mandy Rose left WWE in 2022 after a successful run as NXT Women’s Champion, later shifting her focus to OnlyFans, where she became a hot topic among the WWE Universe. However, in recent comments, she expressed having unfinished business with professional wrestling. Given this, Triple H could bring her back in 2025 to strengthen the women’s division.
A few weeks ago, The Golden Goddess found herself in a controversy with WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton, sparking fan demand for a showdown between the two. Right now, the women’s division needs a dominant heel to inject fresh energy into its storytelling, and Mandy Rose could be the perfect choice to take on that role.

Matt Cardona was another WWE superstar who was vastly underutilized, ultimately leading to his departure in 2020. Malakai Black is currently the hottest free agent in sports entertainment. He is reported to be free from his AEW contract, with aspirations of making a debut in another promotion soon. There is a high chance that Triple H could be looking to sign the former AEW star in the company in 2025.
Black has previously worked under The Game’s guidance in WWE, thriving as a promising talent during his NXT days. Many even saw him as a future WrestleMania main eventer. However, in 2021, the former NXT Champion was released from the company. He later made his AEW debut and had a decent run before the company released him in January 2025.
Malakai Black could be a game-changing addition to WWE if he returns. Rumors suggest he is already on WWE’s radar, with creative plans reportedly in the works. Many believe he could strongly fit into The Judgment Day and potentially take over as the faction’s new leader, replacing Finn Balor.

Black could also be a valuable addition to SmackDown’s mid-card division, which currently lacks a standout figure. Additionally, his wife, WWE star Zelina Vega, could play a key role in facilitating his potential return to the company.
