Alex Pereira stands tall as one of the most celebrated superstars in the world of combat sports today. His sister, Aline Pereira, is determined to follow in his footsteps and make her own mark in the sport. However, navigating the challenges of training and working in the U.S. is no small task, even for her.

Like her brother Alex Pereira, Aline is a former Glory Kickboxing athlete aiming to transition into MMA. She began her journey at LFA and recently showcased her skills in her Karate Combat debut. Despite her ambitions, Aline is not yet financially independent and works outside of fighting to support herself.

I do deliveries for Amazon, and we do what we have to do. This routine is very tiresome because we still have to accommodate the training hours and the job, but it all works out in the end. It’s not easy. We do deliveries for four and a half hours. But it’s great to be here. The United States is very good for me and my son, too.

In the interview, she explained her daily routine as an Amazon delivery person. She wakes up early in the morning to avoid heavy traffic and make time to train as soon as possible. Pereira currently trains at Glover Teixeira’s gym to improve her jiu-jitsu and wrestling for a potential MMA return.

Pereira expressed her appreciation towards Karate Combat and was happy with her debut. Going forward the fighter wants to continue the same momentum and expand her fan base. However, unlike her brother, the fighter doesn’t think she can produce knockouts in every fight.
