Willian looking to leave Arsenal with Real Betis interested

Arsenal are looking to get rid of Brazilian forward Willian in the upcoming transfer window. He joined the Gunners this summer after signing up a three year contract.
Chelsea offered Willian a new contract but he wasn’t pleased with the terms offered and decided to move to the Emirates instead.
Willian rumoured to be joining Real Betis

If Arsenal do manage to offload Willian in this January transfer window, Spanish side Real Betis are apparently interested in him.
Mikel Arteta brought in David Luiz and Willian in a bid to reunite the two Brazilians from Chelsea but that venture has resulted in disaster.
Willian had a good start to life at Arsenal with three assists in the match against Fulham but since then hasn’t managed to do anything substantial.
Club legend Alan Smith believes that paying 220,000 pounds a week wages to Willian isn’t a good option.

I was surprised when he re-signed David Luiz and I was surprised when he brought Willian in.
“That’s costing the club a lot of money in wages and it would’ve been nice to have gone for youth rather than a couple of players who have achieved everything really that they need or probably want to in the game.
“I thought that was a mistake by him but as a young manager, he is going to make them along the way.”
