Dennis Rodman’s daughter Trinity and tennis star Ben Shelton break internet with stunning dating announcement

NBA legend Dennis Rodman might be known for his wild lifestyles. But his children, especially his daughter and soccer star, Trinity Rodman, is not following in his footsteps. She is more interested in making her own name rather than bank upon her last name.

The Washington Spirit forward has openly talked about how she had to handle her father’s wild side. He would bring women into the truck he was seemingly living in. The 5-time NBA champion used to ferry his children in his truck whenever it was time to exercise his visitation rights.

She even did not appreciate how Dennis Rodman handled their meeting at a soccer game. She thought he was coming back to be a father in her life. But he again ghosted the 22-year-old. The 63-year-old has apologized for his behavior and has asked his daughter to respond to his calls.

Trinity Rodman though, is moving ahead in her adult life. She was in a picture alongside tennis star Ben Shelton. The similarly aged No. 14 ranked tennis prodigy posted a series of photos of his life. He wrote this caption along with it that read.

Rodman is seen intimately standing with Shelton in an elevator, indicating the two are in a relationship. Shelton kept this picture at the end of his photo reel, seemingly trying to keep it off radar. But it was also a hard launch of their relationship which was bound to attract attention.

Trinity Rodman cheekily adds to the hard launch

As soon as this post went live, Ben Shelton’s followers flooded the post with messages. Some were from fellow tennis stars Frances Tiafoe and Coco Gauff. Along with other messages was one from Trinity Rodman herself that read.

This was her way to add to the hard launch of their relationship. Other comment show that many women felt the 22-year-old tennis star was an eligible bachelor. The fact that Rodman ended up with him despite all the women who had eyes on him suggests her comment was aimed at them.

Some were also surprised considering Shelton lives and trains out of the East coast whereas Rodman has lived most of her life on the Western front. Fans though would want to see how the two fair considering the Washington Spirit star has been with a couple of others.

Is Ben Shelton the one for Trinity Rodman?

Before Ben Shelton hard launched his relationship with Trinity Rodman, she had already been in two relationships. The first was with budding college basketball star Chris Kuzemka. He played for Loyola Maryland and is the son of former New England Patriots star Justin Kuzemka.

This relationship dates back to 2023 and their social media exchanges proved the two were a couple. But close to a year later, they apparently split. Fans noticed the differences in their social media activities and figured out they were not together any longer.

At around the same time, rumors floated that she was dating former NFL star Trinity Benson. She had posted on Instagram with a title ‘Trinity Squared’. This post soon caught the attention of her USNWT teammates whose replies indicated the relationship was on. Now, with Ben Shelton’s post, it is clear that ‘Trinity Squared’ no longer exists.
