Former NASCAR star Danica Patrick is a controversial figure. Since her exit from racing, the 43-year-old has taken a rather public stance when it comes to politics. Known for her conservative views, Patrick has been a supporter of US President Donald Trump. Now, she has slammed online influencers who have sung the viral song, ‘Burn the USA.’
Some social media influencers in the US have started singing a song called, ‘Burn the USA.’ The lyrics are a direct attack on the Trump administration and its activities which allegedly favor big corporations. The song also claims that the country was not free for everyone. The song ends with the demand for the country to be burnt. This has infuriated many users on social media, particularly conservatives including Danica Patrick.
Danica Patrick shared the video on her Instagram story to express her views over the song. The racing star was baffled by the video, claiming that if someone was not happy with how things were in the US, they could just leave the country.
Moreover, Patrick mocked the use of a song as a way to communicate their opinions over the status quo. The 43-year-old demanded that people who agreed with the song, definitely needed to take therapy, once again hitting out at the more Democrat-leaning US voters.
I’ll never understand why they don’t leave. But more than that, why is signing a stupid song their communication style?! They all need therapy.

Danica Patrick amazed by free access to endless information
While Patrick does have some dividing opinions, particularly over politics, she does express her other interests and viewpoints as well. The 43-year-old has been working as a presenter across various racing categories, bringing her experience to viewers. Moreover, Danica Patrick loves to learn, something that has become far easier in the age of the internet.

The racing icon recalled the time when one needed to spend a couple thousands of dollars to buy encyclopedia sets for any sort of research activities. Danica Patrick herself owned one such encyclopedia connection. The 43-year-old was amazed to see how things have changed over the years.
Now, anyone with an internet connection has the ability to access any information available on the public domain for free. Patrick asserted that this was just an incredible time to be alive, without any restrictions on learning or the pool of information.
Remember when all we could research.. was in the encyclopedia Britannia?! I do. And it used to cost 1-3k for the collection. Now anything you want to know and learn is free and available in seconds. What a time to be alive.
