Bianca Belair has firmly established herself as the top babyface in WWE’s women’s division, serving as a cornerstone of the company for the past five years. Recently, The EST was sidelined due to a finger injury she sustained at WrestleMania. However, the recovery process appears to be taking longer than anticipated, and she may be forced to take an extended break in the coming weeks.
According to PWInsider, the former Women’s Champion is expected to miss WWE’s upcoming all-women’s premium live event, Evolution, next month due to injury. Her ongoing recovery was also the reason for her absence from the Queen of the Ring tournament at Night of Champions. However, there is optimism within WWE that Bianca Belair could return by SummerSlam — if not sooner.

A few weeks ago, Belair made an appearance on the May 30 episode of SmackDown to celebrate her homecoming in Knoxville, Tennessee. During the segment, she had a brief face-off with Naomi, hinting at a potential feud in the future. For now, however, fans are simply hopeful to see the former Women’s Champion return to the ring sooner than expected
Moreover, the 36-year-old’s most recent match at WrestleMania, featuring Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY, generated significant buzz online. The performance further cemented her status as one of WWE’s top in-ring talents. Given her star power, it’s likely that WWE is preparing a major storyline for her return in the coming months.
Bianca Belair talked about the importance of representation in WWE
Bianca Belair has emerged as one of the biggest breakout stars in professional wrestling over the past decade. When she first stepped onto the scene, few believed she had what it took to reach the top. However, over the years, Belair silenced her doubters and solidified her place as a top-tier talent in WWE. Recently, she spoke about the importance of representation and how it played a pivotal role in her journey.

Speaking on What’s Your Story? with Steph McMahon, Bianca Belair emphasized that representation wasn’t just important—it was essential. She expressed how vital it is for young men and women to see people who look like them thriving on platforms like WWE.
It’s so important. I always use the quote, ‘Representation is not a request, it’s a requirement.’ [Banks] took [such] great care of me in that match, because I was so new. I remember talking with her and telling her, ‘That was more than just a WrestleMania match.’

Bianca Belair to face Jade Cargill at this year’s SummerSlam?
Bianca Belair has been teaming up with Jade Cargill for the past year, forming one of the most dominant duos in WWE. However, fans have long been eager to see these two powerhouses face off in a one-on-one match. With WWE gearing up for what’s being billed as the biggest SummerSlam in history, speculation is running wild that Belair vs. Cargill could finally happen at the event.

There’s a strong possibility that Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill could finally go one-on-one at SummerSlam. WWE has been subtly teasing rising tensions between the two over the past few months. In fact, The Storm even accused Belair of being behind her recent attack, hinting at cracks in their alliance.
With The EST set to return soon, all signs point to a potential showdown between the two powerhouses at this year’s SummerSlam. As WWE prepares for the first-ever two-night SummerSlam in history, the company is in need of high-profile matches to fill the stacked card—and a dream match like Belair vs. Cargill could be the perfect addition.
