Ever since making a name for himself in the NBA, Kevin Durant has done a good job of keeping his private life under wraps. He is known for his quiet life, and news about his personal life rarely gets out.

Durant has always focused on just hooping and living his life without too much noise and controversy. However, his offseason came early this year as the Houston Rockets were eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers in six games in the first round. Unfortunately for him and his team, Durant played just one game due to a knee injury.

Despite being in his offseason, Durant has not been able to completely stay away from the cameras. The former MVP was recently spotted stepping out of a high-end restaurant in LA. While leaving the restaurant, he was seen alongside a mystery woman.

The pictures captured put Kevin Durant in the spotlight once again. The Rockets forward attempted to hide behind a tall bush but was unable to evade the paparazzi.

It is unknown if the mystery woman is a friend, a relative, or a date. However, Durant revealed before that he does not want a girlfriend and prefers to focus on enjoying the moment. A few months ago, he was linked to former WNBA player-turned-O*lyFans model Liz Cambage. The two were spotted attending a Drake music concert together.

Fans react to pictures of Kevin Durant and the mystery woman

Kevin Durant may be enjoying his long off-season, but he has found himself in the news once again. The identity of the woman accompanying Durant remains unknown.

After the pictures captured went viral, fans were quick to react to it across social media.

Fans found it funny when Durant tried to hide behind the bushes. Durant attempted to hide behind a tall bush near the restaurant while the woman was inside. The two got into the same car and drove away.

An important season awaits Kevin Durant and the Rockets

There is no doubt that Kevin Durant is still one of the best scorers and toughest to guard in the game. In his 18th season, the two-time champion averaged 26 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 4.8 assists in 60 appearances.

When he was traded to the Rockets in the offseason last year, many believed that the Rockets would be serious contenders in the Western Conference. Unfortunately, they were far from it, and Durant was not able to help his team in the postseason.

Hence, the expectations and pressure are going to be very high next season. Fred VanVleet is expected to be fit after missing the entire 2025-26 campaign.

Durant has struggled to find any playoff success since his departure from the Golden State Warriors in 2019. Since then, he has played for the Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, and the Rockets. In these six years, he has won just two playoff series. The pressure is mounting on the 37-year-old.
