There is no doubt that Karl-Anthony Towns has been one of the best player in the NBA Finals. His performances in Games 1 and 2 saw him getting Finals MVP shouts. The Knicks center has done a fine job in containing Victor Wembanyama in the NBA Finals so far.
He may have not posted great numbers in Game 4 considering he recorded 13 points and 10 rebounds as he was restricted to under 26 minutes of playing time. However, it looks like Towns was instrumental in potentially disrupting what would have been a game-winning basket.
The Knicks fans are a passionate fanbase and will be delighted to have played some role in the final play of Game 4. They will be hoping to see more from their big man in Game 5 in San Antonio.

It was a monumental game for the Knicks. After winning the first two games in San Antonio, they lost Game 3 at home. Trailing by 27 points at halftime in Game 4, it seemed that the momentum was with the Spurs. However, the mammoth comeback changed everything.

After the win, Towns was asked how it felt after winning Game 4.
It was tears of joy and all you can do is ask for one chance. I just wanted one break in life. I got one in that last play. I just wanted one thing to go my way one time. I’m glad it did for us. God is good, man.
