If only Ben Simmons hadn’t had the tragic trolling patch sent his way earlier. The Australian playmaker was massively trolled when the Philadelphia 76ers were thrown out of the NBA Playoffs last season as he failed to contribute majorly on the scoring end. With that being not being enough, Simmons was once again taken thunderously by the NBA fanatics when a video of him shooting 3-pointers went viral ahead of the start of the 2021-22 season. 

Well, Simmons surely has a lot to prove in the upcoming season and many believe this is the season where he needs to answer his critics. But a majority of the fan base seems to be not believing the hype shown by Ben Simmons. In the spoken about viral video, the latest Chris Johnson Hoops game, the Philadelphia 76ers point-forward was spotted working out with his fellow NBA star like Ja Morant, Darius Bazley, Tyrese Maxey among others.

In the video, Simmons could be seen knocking couple of 3-pointers and looks in good shape before entering the 2021-22 season.  

Yet this season, the fans have had enough of Ben Simmons practicing as even previously he has looked in blistering form but has been unable to keep up his form. On the contrary, season after season, Simmons 3-point shooting seems to be getting worse. 

The interesting point to note here is that the timing of this video is very suspicious. Just when the 76ers are trying to place a hefty price tag of Simmons and load him off the team, the Australian player seems to be putting all the work he can before the judgement is passed for him and his future in the league.  

Having said that, it remains to be seen whether Simmons is still a part of the 76ers in the 2021-22 season. With the 76ers looking to redeem their cause in the previous playoffs, drastic measures are soon to follow in the coming days as the buzz for 2021-22 season gets better and bigger each passing day.
