Fernando Alonso reveals how long he plans to be in Formula1

Fernando Alonso, the 2-time Formula1 world champion and current Alpine driver has come out in public and has discussed his future in the pinnacle of motorsports that is ‘formula1.’
It has been published in Planetf1 that Fernando Alonso is looking to spend two or three more years in Formula1. During his interview, he has quoted “I hope to race two or three more years in Formula1 and move on to other categories because I love driving. It would be very difficult for me to be out of a car.”
It is very evident that he still has a lot of passion for racing and wants to carry on for as long as possible. As far as Formula1 fans are concerned this is very good news. People were very pleased with what Fernando did in 2021 and fans are very excited to see how he can perform in the 2022 season.

During his interview, Fernando Alonso shed a light on his year back in Formula1 and said that in the early part of the season he found it a bit difficult to cope up with all that was going around him. Fernando said that in other categories of racing things are very simple whereas in Formula1 there are things like aerodynamics, various types of electronic pieces of equipment, and a team of 1000 people looking after the working of only two cars in the paddock.

It was a bit difficult for him early in the season and said that “The first two races, I struggled.” He referred to the fact that it is quite hard to compete in Formula1 at a relatively higher age and the demands of the sport take a toll on the body.
Fernando Alonso believes Formula1 is a small world where things don’t change much and you find the same people again even after taking a break from the sport.
Fernando is a legend of the sport and we should cherish him as long as he plans to stay in Formula1 because personalities like Fernando don’t come often.
