“Rodgers is brilliant but Brady has done more with less”: Skip Bayless chooses Tom Brady over Aaron Rodgers for MVP

Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady
Tom Brady is an absolute superstar in the world of the NFL. Even at 44, the quarterback is continuing to outperform the best of the young guns at the biggest stage which is simply astonishing. Moreover, he recently created a new career-high record in passing yards.
He has played a major role in guiding the Bucs to several important wins and it would be fair to say that apart from a few hiccups, he has been the pillar of his side constantly this season. The Bucs are NFC South champions and Brady is well and truly in the race to win the MVP.
However, there is another veteran who is standing between Brady and the MVP title. That man loves controversies more than anything, but he knows how to dominate the proceedings on the field. Yes, we are talking about the Green Bay Packers star QB Aaron Rodgers.
“I would like to applaud Bruce Arians for having his QB’s back”: Skip Bayless

Despite all of his off-field shenanigans, Rodgers has been immaculate this season as well. Talking about which player deserves to be the MVP, Skip Bayless on Undisputed claimed that although Rodgers has been good, Brady has done so much with so little at his disposal.
Skip said, “I would like to applaud Bruce Arians for not only having his quarterback’s back but saying what should have been said. This race shouldn’t even be close. The bottom line is, he did more with less than Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers did.”
Skip reminded Shannon Sharpe that Pro Football Focus graded Tom Brady number one while Aaron Rodgers was graded number four. Skip also added that Brady had to play without the support of some of the top players in many of the games which makes his numbers look even more impressive.
“AB was gone for 10 games, Gronk was gone for 5 games,” Skip reminded Shannon while reading out the names of other talented stars who missed a lot of games for the Bucs this season. It will be interesting to see which way the award goes at the end of the day.
