Report: Cain Velasquez’s target, Harry Goularte has pleaded not guilty to lewd act

Cain Velasquez's alleged target pleads not guilty to lewd act on minors
Former UFC champion Cain Velasquez allegedly targeted Harry Goularte for inappropriately touching children and a very close relative of the fighter. Today the alleged abuser appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to the case of a lewd act.
Harry Goularte is the alleged target that UFC and WWE star, Cain Velasquez was looking to attack. Cain’s reason behind his attack was because Harry was accused of sexually harassing minors for a long time and Velasquez’s close relative also fell victim to Goularte’s alleged behavior. Cain was then caught chasing Goularte and another passenger in a car and allegedly shot. Goularte was not hurt but his stepfather was allegedly caught with a bullet in the shoulder which led to severe injury.
Since then Cain has been in jail for this case. Today, in a court hearing, Harry has pledged not guilty and a no-contact order has been passed which means that Goularte cannot come close to the alleged victim. Goularte is expected to be seen in court again in September which means Velasquez will not be out any time soon. Cain was denied bail previously by a judge who called the former UFC champion’s behavior “Reckless.” According to several investigations, Harry was indeed molesting kids.
It is reported that Harry touched a kid 100 times in the bathroom as several other kids were harassed in the same manner. Cain resided in San Jose, California. Velasquez trains at the American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose where other UFC stars such as Khabib Nurmagomedov, Daniel Cormier, Islam Makhachev, and Luke Rockhold trained together. The entire AKA camp has protested against this decision to put Velasquez behind bars and has raised their voices.
