The wedding bells have started to ring out for Detroit Lions’ quarterback, Jared Goff. The 27-year-old recently got engaged to his girlfriend, Christen Harper, a prominent Sports Illustrated swimsuit model.

The couple got engaged in a beautiful serene ceremony by the beach on the 16th of June, as Harper called it the best day of her life. She announced the news to her fans on Saturday, with a beautiful Instagram video of the couple kissing after she answered “yes” to Jared Goff’s proposal.

“6.16.22 can’t wait for forever with you,” Harper captioned the video, in which the future newlyweds are kissing at the beach. The newly engaged couple started dating each other way back in 2019, and have been spotted in public plenty of times, as recently as Harper’s appearance in the 2022 edition of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, which was attended by Jared Goff.

Christen Harper posted several videos and pictures from the glorious evening, captioning one of them, “6.16.22. the best day of my life.” A wedding date hasn’t been fixed yet by the couple, as of now as the celebrations continued for a few days.

Jared Goff will be in action for the Detroit Lions this season following his trade from the Los Angeles Rams in 2020 after he was drafted by the latter in the 2019 NFL draft.
