Bayley has already achieved in WWE. She is a very massive superstar in WWE women’s division right now and is the top heel on Raw. The former WWE Raw Women’s Champion returned on the last WWE premium event, Summerslam, in which she returned with her faction consisting of Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. The faction is called CONTROL and Bayley has been wanting this faction for a very long time.
Bayley recently sets her eyes on Bianca Belair who is currently holding Raw Women’s Championship. Bayley has already won the Women’s Championship of both Raw and Smackdown. She also holds the record for the longest Smackdown Women’s Championship reign in which she held the title for 380 days. She also carried the women’s division with Sasha Banks during the pandemic era.

Bayley wants to be the leader of the WWE locker room
Bayley in a recent WWE After the Bell episode revealed that she wants to command the WWE women’s division as she sees everybody as they all are fighting with each other she said that WWE has excellent wrestlers. Still, every wrestler just wants to see themselves at the top which results in inner competition between wrestlers to prove who is the best.
Bayley says that every wrestler should be friends and should not be selfish about being on the top they should see what the big picture is looking like if any one of them is on the top as all of them are entertainers and their work is to entertain people not to be on the top and making everyone else look like less.
Bayley also revealed that she wants to make the comeback for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship and make those titles make good on the roaster as the titles were not being shown properly on the television and were like props and not Championships. The titles never got the best booking because there were never good teams available on the roaster of both Raw and Smackdown both.
As Bayley said, “It’s going to be a long road, just putting things together and trying to show certain people, or trying to get the whole locker room on the same page, If we worked a little less selfishly we kind of see the bigger picture I feel like we’ve been in this tunnel of, we’re trying to show our bosses, ‘I have what it takes.“
“No, I have what it takes.’ It turns us against each other. No, let’s show them all what we can do. If we all show them that we can get along and do a show and we’re not going to complain about every little thing, then it will make them want to give us more because we’re easier to work with.”
