Tampa Bay Buccaneers are Champions of the South as they clinch their second consecutive NFC South title after defeating the Carolina Panthers 30-24 on Sunday. Tom Brady showed that he is never out of a game until the clock hits zero as he makes yet another double-digit comeback. Mike Evans finally had a great game as he caught three touchdown passes in helping the Bucs conquer the NFC South division.

Despite having a weak start, the Bucs bounced back quickly. The Panthers had a strong first half as they led the scoreboard 14-0 until the second quarter. That’s when Tom Brady fired himself up and made a fourth-quarter comeback and crushed the Panthers. The Bucs’ defense was instrumental in their victory. They recovered two fumbles off the Panthers’ offense and intercepted Sam Darnold once.

As for Brady, he had one of his best performances of this season on Sunday. He completed 34 of 45 passes and threw for a massive 432 yards his highest this season and had three touchdown passes. The QB also made an easy sneak into the endzone and secured another 6 points for the team. This win helped the 45-year-old make his 14th straight playoff appearance and also clinch his 19th divisional title. Brady keeps proving why he is the best to ever do it in the NFL.

Evans also had a remarkable night alongside his quarterback and added another record to his name. There were doubts about the Brady-Evans duo losing their chemistry and winning games, but that changed on Sunday. Evans caught three touchdown passes from Brady and ended the night with 207 yards from 10 catches. With yesterday’s stellar performance, the Bucs’ star wideout marked his ninth consecutive season with 1000 receiving yards. He tied Hall of Fame receiver Tim Brown for the second-longest streak in NFL history.

The Brady-Evans duo really did explode on Sunday and it reminded everyone of the deadly combo of Brady and Julian Edelman. The two connected for three touchdowns, two of them being more than 50 yards. Mike Evans caught three TDs from the Bucs’ signal-caller for 63 yards, 57 yards, and 30 yards.

Critics and fans were amazed at Brady’s 63-yard dart to Evans as most of them thought that he was just a washed-out 45-year-old clinging on to the hope of ending his career with a final Super Bowl win. Fans are going gaga over this combo, as they were happy to see them dominate the game, and giving them a sliver of hope of them making it to the NFC Championship.

With Brady being Brady and showing every now and then that he can win games at the last possible minute, all eyes are glued to Tom Brady and the Bucs entering the playoffs. Maybe this is the year Brady wins his 8th Super Bowl ring and retires on a high? Only time will tell.
