Aaron Rodgers
The Green Bay Packers led by Aaron Rodgers lost against the San Francisco 49ers led by Jimmy G in the NFC Divisional Round game at their home ground which has led to heavy criticizing of Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers from everyone around the world due to their shocking elimination.
All kinds of speculations have risen around the future of Aaron Rodgers as he himself has not decided yet whether he will stay as a Packer or will he demand a trade or in fact might call it all off and take retirement.
Aaron Rodgers put up a legacy spoiling performance against the San Francisco 49ers in the second round of the playoffs as his team was able to score only 10 points in a home playoff game in a season that had Super Bowl written all over it.
Famous FOX Sports analyst Nick Wright spoke about Rodgers’ future and said, “I hope he does not retire, The league is better and more interesting with him involved.”
“I think Aaron Rodgers has a slightly overinflated idea of his place in the NFL marketplace right now”- Nick Wright
Nick Wright on First Things First spoke about Rodgers’ trade scenarios and said, “If the Packers were to want to trade Aaron Rodgers, I think he’d have a slightly overinflated idea of his place in the NFL marketplace right now.”
Nick Wright said, “If the Packers say we will trade Aaron as he wants out but we want to compete so we don’t want any picks but we will trade for him another quarterback to pair up with Davante Adams carrying with the franchise tag.
He added, “I think the Chiefs would say No, I think the Bengals would say No, The Chargers would say No, The Bills would say No, I would argue the Ravens would say No, I think Cowboys will say No as Dak is 10 years younger, The Cardinals would say No because of age and drama that comes on and on, The Rams would say No as Stafford is 5 years younger and The Jaguars will say No but let’s throw them out.”
Nick Wright said, “That makes 8 teams that given the age, drama, and given everything will say we are already good.”
