A bizarre incident rocked the fandom of a particular individual and also the Saudi Pro League giants, Al-Nassr in recent times. Al-Nassr that is the new house to Cristiano Ronaldo for a year now, allows its supporters to visit the dressing room when the team is not playing. During the dressing room tour, these fans can actually pose in front of lockers used by the big man Ronaldo himself and other superstars namely Sadio Mane and Aymeric Laporte.
A fan who is also a YouTuber, going by the name of BO3OMAR22, took this entire process a bit to further. While standing in the locker room, he emulated the pose of Lionel Messi, cupping his ears, that was pulled off by the Argentine midfield general toward the direction of Louis van Gaal.
In the last iteration of the FIFA World Cup, Messi pulled off this celebration during Argentina’s victory over Netherlands in a high-octane encounter. The act from the fan was heavily criticized by the club as they realized that it was a dig at Cristiano Ronaldo.
We would like to point out that Al-Nassr Club has always been welcoming to its visitors, fans and lovers, and throughout its long history its doors have been open to all. However, what happened inside the dressing room at the First Park Stadium, in terms of individual (irresponsible) actions, is unacceptable by some people who do not appreciate the value of the party they represent, nor the place and entity that left it. They did not respect its fans.Al-Nassr said this in a statement issued after the incident
The fan was quick to respond to the situation seeking an apology for his act. He also admitted that the entire act was a joke and if that crossed a line or hit a nerve, he never intended it to. Ronaldo wasn’t in action in the AFC Champions League clash of Al-Nassr against Al Shorta as he was under the weather. However, as per the latest rumors, he may be back on Friday’s clash for against Steven Gerrard’s Al-Ettifaq.

On his very return he seized the AT&T Goal of the Matchday award that came in wake of his 26th minute strike for Inter Miami against Philadelphia Union. The Argentine midfield talisman claimed the award after winning 68.8 percent of the votes for his screaming finish.
It was a joyride for both Messi and his team, Inter Miami against Philadelphia Union. Despite Philadelphia securing an early lead through Mikael Uhre in the very first minute of the game, Messi restored parity with an ecstatic finish while hammering another, four minutes later.
