Alexa Bliss lashes out at BuzzFeed for misportraying her as an influencer and “stealing” her photo without permission
The Wicked Witch of WWE lambasts BuzzFeed.

Alexa Bliss is currently on maternity leave from WWE. However, she stays quite active on her social media handles. She’s had quite a profuse history of dealing with imposters, only to add to her woes. This time around, Bliss hasn’t called someone out for catfishing, but famed media outlet BuzzFeed. They recently published a story citing 31 things that influencers have normalized but are otherwise messed up.
And adorning their cover page for the listicle was WWE’s Alexa Bliss. She couldn’t help but call out BuzzFeed for their double standards. At first, they had quoted how so-called influencers record people without their consent. However, in contrast, the outlet chose to feature Bliss without even notifying her. Second, the 32-year-old wrestler said even if they want to “steal” someone’s photo, at least they should use it for something accurate.

And last but not least, Little Miss Bliss affirmed loud and clear that she’s not an influencer, unlike how BuzzFeed painted her. People in her comments were as furious as Alexa would’ve been. One even suggested The Harley Quinn of WWE to file a DMCA takedown to license her image. Raw announcer Samantha Irvin, too, rendered her support to Bliss.
Hey @BuzzFeed - “ask people before you record them” maybe ask before using my pic. If you’re gonna steal it, use it for something SOMEWHAT accurate. I am a professional athlete & sports entertainer. Not an influencer #theironyAlexa Bliss on X
Keeping her online scuffles aside, which, by the way, are a recurring theme in Alexa’s feed, she has hit the gym. The former 5-time Women’s Champion has a lot left to offer inside the squared circle. Once a mainstay of the WWE women’s division, Lexi has been inactive since last year’s Royal Rumble, where she lost to Bianca Belair. She’d be hoping to get back to what she does best as soon as possible.
What Alexa Bliss believes has been her best era in WWE?
Last month, The Five Feet of Fury held a Q&A session on her X account. A fan asked Bliss about her favorite era of her career. At once, she said, “Working with Windham – Bray Wyatt.” It doesn’t need to be mentioned how she adored doubling up with the man who’s colloquially been termed a mastermind.

During the ThunderDome period of WWE, Alexa Bliss was firmly into her on-screen persona with Wyatt’s alter-ego, The Fiend. The Ohio native was a regular customer at Bray’s Firefly Funhouse iterations. Both, as a duo, used to ooze eerie mannerisms.
During the zenith of her gimmicky uncanniness, Bliss scored a pinfall victory over Randy Orton in an intergender match at Fastlane in 2021. During the bout, an even more grotesque incarnation of The Fiend re-emerged to doom The Viper.
