Knox Jolie-Pitt marked his high school graduation with an appearance in the ring just hours after receiving his diploma. The 17-year-old son of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt graduated on June 5 in Los Angeles before competing in a Muay Thai fight later that night at Total Sonic Knockout 5, a fight and music event held in downtown Los Angeles.

During the graduation ceremony, Knox shared his plans for the evening with fellow graduates and attendees. Wearing a purple cap and gown along with a graduation lei, he addressed the crowd and said, “Tonight, I’m gonna be fighting at Total Sonic Knockout 5 at 12:45 a.m., so catch me. I’m gonna knock ‘em out!”

The comment was met with cheers and applause from the audience. Jolie and Knox’s twin sister, Vivienne, was among those in attendance.

Later that night, Knox stepped into the ring for the scheduled bout. Photos and videos from the event showed him wearing black shorts and black gloves while facing his opponent.

His orange-blonde hair was visible as he competed in the late-night fight. According to the event’s organizers, Total Sonic Knockout featured fights from 9 p.m. until 2 a.m. on June 5.

For the unversed, Knox is the youngest son of Jolie and Pitt, who are also parents to Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and Vivienne. The former couple finalized their divorce in December 2024 after years of legal proceedings.

Knox Jolie-Pitt continues his growing interest in competitive Muay Thai

The fight came less than a year after Knox Jolie-Pitt recorded a victory in another Muay Thai competition. In July 2025, he competed in the IKF Point Muay Thai Technical event in Los Angeles and won his division. Photos from the event showed him posing with a medal after the victory.

Muay Thai has become one of the few public activities pursued by the teenager as he approaches adulthood. Knox and Vivienne, the youngest members of the Jolie-Pitt family, are set to turn 18 on July 12.

While some of his siblings have pursued interests connected to entertainment and the arts, Jolie has previously said her children are not interested in the celebrity side of her career. Speaking at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival in 2025, the actress said, “They’re really not interested. They really don’t like, if any, the celebrity part of it. Especially Shiloh hates it.”

Knox’s latest appearance in the ring added another milestone to a day that began with his high school graduation and ended with a competitive Muay Thai bout in downtown Los Angeles.
