Aston Villa looking to sign up Ross Barkley on a permanent deal from Chelsea


Ross Barkley signed for Aston Villa this summer transfer window. With the excess of attacking midfielders Chelsea have, Frank Lampard decided it’s best for him to spend a season on loan.
He’s currently out of the playing squad after suffering from a hamstring injury in November. Additionallt he did not feature in the matches against Chelsea and Manchester United.

According to several reports, Aston Villa are interested in signing up Ross Barkley on a permanent deal from Chelsea. The English international has formed a brilliant partnership with Jack Grealish.
Both of them have a real good chemistry and looks like they love to play with each other. Before getting his injury Barkley looked to form a deadly duo with Jack Grealish.
Aston Villa manager Dean Smith has discussed the possibility of bringing in Ross Barkley from Chelsea and he believes it will be a good deal for the club.

He’s come in and in his first game against Liverpool he scored. He scored the winner against Leicester and he’s looked a threat and he’s been enjoying his football.
“Unfortunately he’s been injured and missed the last five weeks due to a hamstring injury. He’s eager to get back as soon as he can and he’ll enhance our squad again.”
“He’s a Chelsea player and they’ve got a long-term contract with him. That’s one Johan[Lange] and the owners will speak about.”
