Aaron “b0i” Thao is an American player who currently plays for 100 Thieves. b0i is mostly known for his playtime in Andbox, one of the underdogs of NA. 100T acquired b0i a while back and he was ready to sub in for any other player active roster. Looks like his time finally came.

Joshua “steel” Nissan is one of the most well-known faces of Valorant and esports in general. He was the in-game leader for 100T from the origin of the roster. 100 Thieves had a great and long run in the VCT Stage 3 Masters but as they expect an even longer run in the future in North America LCQ, they dropped steel from the active roster.
B0i is already scriming and practicing with 100 Thieves now. 100T has high expectations on b0i as they are moving towards North America Last Chance Qualifier. This LCQ is their last chance to qualify for the first-ever Valorant major, Valorant Champions.
It is very unlikely that b0i will take over steel’s IGL role. Rumors are nitr0 will take over the in-game leader role of 100 Thieves Valorant roster. The new playing 5 of 100T will consist of :
- Spencer “Hiko” Martin
- Ethan Arnold
- Nick “nitr0” Cannella
- Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk
- Aaron “b0i” Thao
