These days, college basketball star Caitlin Clark has remained at the center of attention. Ice Cube has offered a generous $5 million offer for Clark to play in the Big 3 league. She is undoubtedly receiving substantial money, but Tony Allen thinks the physicality would be too much.

Paul Pierce talked about Caitlin Clark‘s Big 3 offer to Tony Allen recently. Allen came as a guest on The Truth Lounge podcast. Pierce described a scenario in which Allen watched Clark and asked what would happen. The 6 feet 4 inches star responded, of course, in a very strong manner.

For sure, 100% the $10,000 we get. Back in the '80s and 90's, she's getting one of them hard fouls. Gotta welcome her to the league. She ain't getting any bucket on me, killer.

Allen’s statement emphasizes the physicality that exists on the court. The physicality in men’s games surpasses that of women’s games. Clark will need to adjust to physicality more than anything in the Big 3 league.

Even yet, the fact that Clark received a sizable offer is significant for women’s basketball because no female player has ever competed there. What response does the Iowa Hawkeyes star have to the offer, though? Let’s investigate it.

Caitlin Clark responds to her Big 3 playing invitation

Ice Cube’s social media account announced an offer of $5 million to the all-time leading scorer in the NCAA. According to Caitlin Clark, she learned about the Big 3’s offer to participate in the men’s basketball 3-on-3 competition through social media. She responded to the offer on Friday.

Clark told the media she wanted to focus on helping the Iowa Hawkeyes to win the NCAA title. She did not directly address the offer from Ice Cube.

I found out about the Big 3 thing at the exact time you all did and my main focus is just on playing basketball. My focus is on winning these two games. I have other people that deal with it, and they haven't said a word to me about it. My main focus is on this team and helping us find a way to beat Colorado and hopefully win another one after that.

Despite what Clark said, she doesn’t seem to be rejecting the offer. If Clark does accept the $5 million offer, it would become a monumental deal in the history of Big 3 and women’s basketball. No one like Clark has crossed over to the Big 3 and if she does, it would automatically benefit the Big 3 as a mainstream basketball product. As such, it is only a matter of time before Clark decides what to do.
