Batista issues clarification on removal of his WWE Hall of Fame induction page
Batista's WWE Hall of Fame induction page was removed
One of the biggest names to be announced in the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2020 inductees was Dave Bautista. Unfortunately, the ceremony did not take place last year due to the pandemic outbreak. WWE announced that the Class of 2020 and 2021 will be inducted together in the upcoming ceremony.
But recently Batista’s Hall of Fame page was removed from the WWE website. There were numerous speculations going around on whether it was an error or Batista’s induction was put on hold. Now, ‘The Animal’ himself has taken to Twitter to issue a clarification on the incident.
Batista mentioned that due to his prior commitments, he won’t be able to attend the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. Hence, he requested WWE to induct him at a future ceremony so that he gets the opportunity to thank everyone properly.
2021 WWE Hall of Fame inductees
WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2021 inductees currently features two names – Molly Holly and Eric Bischoff. A new inductee is being announced weekly on their WWE Network shows. They will be inducted into the Hall of Fame along with the Class of 2020 inductees which includes:
- The Bella Twins
- NWO
- Justin Thunder Liger
- The British Bulldog
- JBL
WWE Hall of Fame will be a pre-taped event and aired on 6th April, 2021.
