“You beat Leon when Obama was President” – Belal Muhammad brutally ROASTS Kamaru Usman in savage Twitter spree
The new UFC welterweight champion Belal Muhammad has been brutally roasting former champ Kamaru Usman for the last few days.

The reigning UFC welterweight champion, Belal Muhammad, has been at odds with Kamaru Usman for the past few weeks. In continuation of that long ongoing beef between the fighters, Muhammad took another shot at Usman. ‘Bully B’ brutally roasted Usman’s win over Leon ‘Rocky’ Edwards.
Since Edwards’ title loss last month, Usman has hinted about his return to the octagon soon. To create hype around his comeback fight, ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ has traded shots at the current champion. During one of their fiery exchanges on X, Usman dismissed Muhammad’s legacy as a fighter in the promotion. Bully B took no time to fire back at the former champion.

Muhammad also trolled Usman for still living in his past. On the other hand, Usman has thrown verbal shots at the current welterweight champ since UFC 304 ended. Interestingly, Kamaru Usman has also eyed for his return fight against Ian Garry and Shavkat Rakhmonov.
As of now, there is still uncertainty about his next potential fight. Interestingly, Usman has some significant victories in his UFC career, with an undefeated promotional record till 2021. However, that record was broken by Leon Edwards at UFC 278 with that exquisite head kick. Moreover, it was not the first time that both Edwards and Usman faced each other.
Usman defeated Edwards for the first time in 2015 via unanimous decision during Barack Obama’s second term as the US President. ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ mentioned this win against the English fighter in his tweet. However, Belal Muhammad wasted no time in mocking that tweet. Nonetheless, Usman remains unfazed by all the trash talk. He recently discussed his newfound motivation.

Belal Muhammad’s victory at UFC 304 has undoubtedly raised the competition in the welterweight division. Following that, multiple online feuds erupted among the fighters, including Kamaru Usman. Interestingly, for Muhammad, his first title defense against the former welterweight champion and pound-for-pound king might be a great boost for his career.
On the other hand, Usman issued a serious warning to the new champion. In his newly added Vlog series on YouTube, Usman talked about his newly added motivation. The Vlog comprised a compilation of his sparring clips and a review of how the Nigerian-American fighter will work his way back to the UFC gold.

Usman was a dominant champion and a tough nut to crack at 170 lbs. However, following his defeat against Edwards, he hasn’t looked the same. Referring to his bad patch of form, Usman states that he must work more on his health. Now, it remains to be seen when the Nigerian Nightmare will grace the UFC octagon again.
