Mixed martial arts fans could not have asked for a better start to the Bellator 285 event held in Dublin, Ireland. The fight card headlined by Benson Henderson vs Peter Queally and Yoel Romero vs Melvin Manhoef were shadowed by an amazing preliminary card fight.

Luca Poclit vs Dante Shiro was the fight to open the event in Dublin at the packed 3Arena. The two welterweights did not disappoint one bit as they went on to put on an amazing fight that ended in the most bizarre ways possible. The world has seen several insane submissions in history but “a reverse arm-triangle” is rarely a submission that you get to see in a live fight.

Props to Luca Poclit for inventing this submission mid-scramble. The entire 3Arena was blown out of their minds as they got out of their seats to witness this insane submission. Scott Coker could not have asked for a better finish to open the Bellator 285 card.

After an interesting first round of the fight, Poclit and Shiro immediately got the fight to the ground and both the fighters found themselves in a very tough position.
