BGMI Vikendi 2.0: The 1.6.0 version of Battlegrounds Mobile India has been rolled out for both Android and iOS devices. As mentioned in the patch notes, various modes and maps that were earlier a part of previous versions of PUBG Mobile will make a comeback in the latest version of the game. However, 1.6 update being rolled out, Vikendi map is unavailable.

Vikendi is a snow-themed map and is considered one of the most beautiful map ever released in PUBG Mobile. The map is filled with snow and breathtaking landscapes, eliminating their enemies in such a beautiful scenery might entice the players to play in this map. Vikendi was taken down in the 1.4 update of PUBG Mobile when Karakin was released. Therefore, players were eagerly waiting for this map to make a return in BGMI.

BGMI Vikendi 2.0: Release Date

Unfortunately, Vikendi 2.0 was not available when players updated their game to the latest version. The Flora Menace mode was only available in Erangel and Krafton had revealed in the patch notes, the official dates for the new mode’s launch in rest of the maps i.e. Livik and Karakin. The release date for Vikendi 2.0 has not been revealed officially by Krafton, however, according to prominent BGMI content creator Classified YT, players can see BGMI Vikendi 2.0 as well as other modes in the game on 28th September,2021.

Major changes to look out for in BGMI Vikendi 2.0

Moving Trains

One of the primary attraction of BGMI Vikendi 2.0 will be the moving trains across different locations of the map. Railway tracks will be laid all over the map and players will be able to board the trains and enjoy a different kind of battle-royale experience. This feature was available in PUBG PC and BGMI fans are already hyped up regarding the new feature.

More Trees and Less Snow

As Vikendi was known to be a snow forest map, the new version of Vikendi or Vikendi 2.0 will remove most of the snow from the maps and instead add more trees so that the forest can become denser and give players a hard time while pursuing their chicken dinner. The denser forest will compel the players to alter their strategy. Moreover, players can experience different weathers in Vikendi 2.0

Dino Park Changes

Dino Park was one of the most popular location of Vikendi. However, 1.6 update is all set to make this place more popular as several changes have been made to Dino Park which will be known as Dino Land. More compartments and buildings have been added which will help the players to obtain more supplies as well as seek a safe cover from the enemies. The location has been expanded vastly and players are certainly going to love that place!

These features in BGMI Vikendi 2.0 will make it more attractive and more players would wish to play in this map. Players can also expect various events when Vikendi 2.0 is released.
