50 Cent has a special relationship with combat sports. He had a good relationship with Floyd Mayweather until they had a falling out. He constantly supported Floyd during his rise to superstardom in the 2000s until their fallout. Recently, a video went viral on Twitter where 50 Cent refused to shake the hand of boxing legend Muhammad Ali at a BET award.

50 Cent did not intentionally refuse to shake the boxing legend’s hands. He walked around the crowd during his performance, and Muhammad Ali extended his hand, but it appeared that Cent did not see the boxing legend during the performance. The fascinating fact about that performance remains that Cent cursed in the opening, completely forgot about the first verse, and somehow recovered into the second verse. It still remains a legendary moment in the career of the rapper.

The combat sports fans know 50 Cent for beefing with the likes of Chael Sonnen, Floyd Mayweather, and Colby Covington. Floyd and the rapper had a close relationship until they had a falling out. The rapper dissed Floyd by challenging him to read in front of a national audience for 10 minutes. They beefed for years until the duo patched things up in recent years.

MMA legend Chael Sonnen at times, has made videos roasting 50 Cent on his YouTube channel. The beef stemmed when the rapper posed for a picture with Jon Jones, and Sonnen posed with them. The rapper publicly dissed Sonnen on Twitter, which did not sit well with the Godfather of MMA trash-talking as he continues taking shots at the rapper even today. Colby Covington once called out the rapper to a charity boxing match for dissing him publicly.
