During a recent episode of Blue Blood TV, Wilder engaged in a discussion about a potential bout with Francis Ngannou. There, he shared his aspirations regarding MMA. He said: 

I’m thinking about doing both, UFC and boxing, to keep the activity alive…I’ll be a dangerous man in the UFC… I broke the hitting bag machine with those four-ounce gloves. That was some real-a** stuff.
