Dillon Danis and Logan Paul will lock horns inside the boxing ring on October 14. The organizers bill the event with a double main event: KSI vs. Tommy Fury and Danis vs. Paul. The pre-fight antics of Danis have skyrocketed the interest for the fight.

The bout garnered controversy after Dillon Danis began to post pictures of Nina Agdal on social media. Agdal is the fiancee of Logan Paul. It has resulted in lawsuits against Danis. It became even more controversial as Danis hit Paul with a microphone during the pre-fight presser. A weigh-in controversy followed this. Danis tweeted, “This fake commission is paid for by KSI and Misfits. They do whatever they say to get paid. This whole thing is a bunch of bulls**t.”. Paul showed a video of him making weight at 194.3lbs for the fight on X. Danis further tweeted, “This isn’t complaining. What is fair is fair. No drug tests, breaking the weigh-in rules – I ain’t nobody’s b**ch. I run the show. F**k Logan Paul.”

Danis was referencing that Paul did not make weight at the stipulated time. He tweeted that he made the weight by 10:15 a.m., which was between the stipulated time of 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Danis blasted the commission as pawns at the hands of KSI, who has a close friendship with Paul. Logan Paul has disregarded Danis’ statement, claiming it to be fear on the part of Danis.

Dillon Danis is a long-time friend of Conor McGregor. His name became popular in the aftermath of UFC 229. Khabib Nurmagomedov jumped out of the cage to confront Danis. He would then go on to have a two-fight stint at Bellator. The undefeated MMA fighter has since suffered a loss in credibility due to his actions. A bouncer choked him, he got hit by a YouTuber turned boxer, and he had to pull out of his scheduled bout against KSI.

Dillon Danis’ recent interview with the Schmo preluding the Prime Card

In a recent interview with Dave Schmulenson a.k.a The Schmo, Dillon Danis took shots at Logan Paul. After the open workout, Danis gave an interview and seemed unimpressed with Paul’s workout sessions. He claimed that he could easily replicate Paul’s moves.

Danis also addressed a controversial incident at his open workout where he choked Elle Brooke, an adult model turned boxer. He clarified that she had requested to be choked. He even insinuated that they had a past. Danis appeared visibly annoyed when reminded of the past incident. He even indicated that he felt unfairly targeted and scrutinized for his actions. While in Manchester, Danis also mentioned the rumors of Logan Paul flying out Gordon Ryan.

Danis even accused Paul of using PEDs. Furthermore, Danis expressed his ambition to join the UFC and become an MMA champion. However, He has his eyes set on the UFC’s 170-pound division and looks forward to potential matchups in the premier MMA promotion.
