After his split decision loss to Tommy Fury, Jake Paul has found himself another opponent. Jake Paul is set to box former UFC superstar Nate Diaz. The bout is set to take place in Dallas on the 5th of August. The Youtuber turned celebrity boxer is known for booking fights against old and retired UFC fighters. With his next bout, fans are not surprised that he decided to pick Nate Diaz as the opponent.

Jake Paul recently lost via a split decision against boxer Tommy Fury. Before his fight against Fury, Paul was an undefeated boxer fighting old and retired UFC fighters. His fight against Fury was supposed to prove himself as a legit contender in the world of boxing. However, that failed to happen when Fury handed him his first loss. With one loss on his record, Jake Paul is back to playing it safe and boxing old and retired fighters.

Nate Diaz became a free agent after he won his last fight in the UFC against Tony Ferguson. Nate Diaz is a big name in the world of combat sports. With Diaz’s free agency situation and him being able to pull huge PPV numbers, it was only a matter of time before Jake Paul fixed this fight. Nate Diaz was also approached by Logan Paul for a boxing bout, but things did not work out and Diaz pulled out of the fight.

Paul’s fight with Fury was cancelled 2 times before actually materializing itself. Jake Paul however faced a split-decision loss against Tommy Fury. With this loss against a boxer, Paul is back to fighting older UFC fighters in the ring.

Nate Diaz on the other hand won his last fight in the UFC before becoming a free agent. A win over El Cucuy made Diaz the most sorted-after free agent in the business. With Paul calling out Nate Diaz fans are not surprised as they take to Twitter and post their reactions.
