Even though he just suffered a setback by losing to Gervonta Davis, boxing champion Ryan Garcia is currently reaching higher levels in the sport. He is, however, prepared to recover and make his first appearance in the ring since the defeat at 140, provided he can settle his continuing promotional disputes with Golden Boy Promotions. 

To add spice to the matter, Garcia and Floyd Mayweather were recently photographed watching a WNBA game together, and Garcia has since been sighted with them. Garcia’s former promoter Oscar De La Hoya took note of this encounter and added his thoughts to the discussion.

“So happy for you,” De La Hoya left the comment under Garcia’s new post with Mayweather. The conflict between boxer Ryan Garcia and promoter Oscar De La Hoya started after KingRy attacked Hoya after Davis’ loss to him and pointed the finger at the rehydration clause. Garcia retaliated, saying De La Hoya has no regard for his professional life and doesn’t display loyalty because, in his opinion, he had no one on the team to support him following the defeat.
