Floyd Mayweather is simply one of the best boxers to ever grace the face of Earth. He has changed his nickname thrice through his career and held true to his name every time. However, before his match against Conor Mcgregor, Floyd Mayweather had an interesting approach to his training camp. Mayweather in his interview with Snoop Dogg talked about his testosterone build-up and sex drive during training camp.

Floyd Mayweather’s decision of fighting Conor Mcgregor was surprising to many. Mayweather was already retired at that point and he willingly came out of retirement to box against a guy from UFC. The build to this fight and media day appearances had all sorts of crazy going around. However, one thing, even more crazier was Floyd Mayweather abstaining from s*x for his whole training camp. During his interview with Snoop Dogg, Mayweather revealed what it’s like training.

Snoop Dogg in his interview questioned Floyd how many times did he think about s*x during training? His teammates started chuckling which left Snoop puzzled. Floyd however later replied that the more he trained the more he thought about it. ” When I’m in training they say your testosterone buildup is crazy. So the harder I train the more I think about it,” said Mayweather. He also specified that even though he thinks a lot about s*x he has his eyes set on the money. ” You know I put the bread before I put the b*tch,” added Mayweather.

Floyd Mayweather’s decision to abstain from s*x might not have been backed by science but it surely worked. He defeated Conor Mcgregor and retired with a professional boxing record of 50-0. He also made around 250 million from a single fight and showed people why he is called ‘Money’.

Floyd Mayweather is very strict when it comes to his training camps. Mayweather does not tolerate any funny business in his camp and even tried to remove his father from his gym. However Canadian boxer Cody Crowley found out why you should always obey Mayweather in his gym the hard way. Cody Crowley gained the opportunity of becoming a part of Mayweather’s training camp during his bout with Conor Mcgregor. However, he was told to leave by his coaches later on. Cody disobeyed the orders and kept on showing up at the gym.

This eventually led to him getting into sparring with Mayweather. After this Crowley stated that he was beaten so badly that he had an out-of-body experience. “I got a whole entire gym banging on the ring screaming for me you’re gonna get knocked out you’re gonna die all this crazy crazy stuff that I’ve never seen before. I felt like I was in a movie and within five or six five or six minutes oh maybe like 10 or 15 my true my adrenaline was just so shot and I was getting beat like beat up so bad that um I literally had my very first Out of Body Experience,” said Crowley.

Cody however refused to quit even after the intense beating he received. This made Mayweather respect his determination and offer him a huge opportunity. Cody Crowley became one of the chief sparring partners for Mayweather’s camp for his fight against Conor Mcgregor.
