Mexican super middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez performed masterfully against Jermell Charlo in the main event. Subsequently, Alvarez secured his victory via a unanimous decision and has retained his titles. Furthermore, Floyd Mayweather’s protégé, Curmel Moton, made his professional debut in the Alvarez vs. Charlo fight card.

With his exceptional skills, Moton could easily dominate his opponent, Ezequiel Flores, and secure a first-round KO. Moton addressed the media after the fight as journalists gathered backstage at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, to listen to his remarks. However, his promoter, Mayweather, abruptly took over the show and started talking about his younger self and Moton. While discussing his career, Mayweather began to state facts about himself that make him the greatest of all time. Furthermore, Mayweather said, “Did I or did I not beat the most world champions? In the least amount of fights? Who got the highest gate and who made the most money? Who was the most accurate?’

The reporter concurred with the entirety of what Mayweather had stated. Subsequently, Mayweather asked the interviewer what his accomplishments make him, and the interviewer said, ‘The greatest of all time.’ Mayweather then went on to talk about how much money he’s made over the years from his two-decade career.

Fans have been trolling Mayweather after his abrupt self-promotion at Moton’s professional debut post-fight conference. The boxing world reacted swiftly to this incident, with Floyd Mayweather being the target of numerous online taunts at age 46.

Some fans said the reporter was paid because nobody would ask questions about Mayweather anymore.
