After staying undefeated throughout his professional boxing career and retiring with 50 wins and no losses, Floyd Mayweather likes to partake in some exhibition fights. The former world champion has many times stated that he likes to be paid handsomely. The exhibition fights against lesser-skilled opponents are a perfect opportunity for Floyd to get his bread without taking huge risks.

However, his recent bout against mafia-connected opponent John Gotti III is turning out to be quite risky for Mayweather. Both the fighters had bad blood going into the fight, which was not taken care of in the ring. Floyd Mayweather toyed with Gotti III and made it look easy. Both the fighters engaged in trash-talking between the bout and were warned against doing so. However, since John Gotti III continued his trash-talking, the referee ended the bout giving Mayweather the win.

Although the bout was finished, John continued charging to attack Mayweather. He was then stopped by Mayweather’s teammates, who jumped into the ring and a huge brawl broke out. Despite the unusual stoppage, Mayweather clinched a win but made an enemy. After the whole incident, Gotti III took to Instagram and called out Mayweather and declared him an enemy for life.

John Gotti III is the son of John A. Gotti and grandson of John Gotti, who are former bosses of the notorious Gambino crime family from New York. The recent callout from Mayweather placed him under the radar of Italian mobsters and criminals. Mayweather’s daughter was also called out by John Gotti III’s sister, Nicolette Gotti.

Undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather went toe to toe against John Gotti III in an exhibition bout this weekend. The match took place at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida with no judges to score the bout. However, the fight had an unusual stoppage. Referee Kenny Bayless stopped the contest after neither of the fighters stopped trash-talking during the bout. This led to an all-out brawl and Gotti III called Mayweather an enemy for a lifetime.

John Gotti III’s callout was followed by a threat from his sister, Nicolette. She took to Instagram and threatened Floyd Mayweather and his daughter.

“Your daughter was ran through by a animal with 12 different baby mamas – your little circus animal – your all a pack of zoo animals. I swear on my kids I’m coming for your daughter, it may be 2 years, 3 years from now but I’m coming c**t,” posted Nicolette Gotti on her Instagram.

Nicolette has taken down her story and made her account private to avoid the numerous messages from Floyd Mayweather’s fans. Given the Gotti surname, Nicolette also has connections in the underworld. Mayweather’s fans are concerned for the safety of his daughter and accused Nicolette of racism on Twitter.
