Both Jake Paul and KSI’s fights are set, but Paul’s bout with André August is an officially sanctioned bout. However, KSI will likely be fighting iShowSpeed in a charity sparring match, which could potentially attract more viewers. It’s also possible that the two content creators are working towards an upcoming fight that will be highly lucrative for all parties involved. However, this is still uncertain since Paul and KSI have been negotiating a fight for a long time.
Hence, after years of speculation, KSI has offered Jake Paul a final fight offer from his management team. On December 9, KSI’s manager, Mams Taylor, wrote on Twitter that if Paul and KSI were to fight, both parties would have to ‘compromise’ and suggested a bout at a weight of 180 pounds.
Furthermore, Paul and his team have also made an offer for a ‘winner takes all’ fight at 185 pounds.
Hence, KSI’s manager, Taylor, proposed that a 180-pound bout could be a reasonable weight class for both celebrities to fight. However, Paul’s team has stated that Paul has never fought below 185 pounds, while KSI has fought from 183 pounds to 193 pounds.
Furthermore, Paul’s team stated that Paul would fight at 180 pounds if it were a true ‘winner takes it all’ $50 million bout. Subsequently, KSI’s team stated that, because of the Misfits promotion, such a deal is not possible and is out of their hands.

Paul and his team suggested fighting at 185, and they have even agreed on several other things. Subsequently, they stated that KSI could keep his name first at the event and could do the second ring walk. Paul’s team also stated that the fight can happen in the UK, but the above-mentioned parameters will only be met if the bout is at 185.
Furthermore, both KSI and Paul also want to have a rematch with professional boxer Tommy Fury. KSI believes that he won the fight and was robbed, while Paul wishes to redeem himself by securing a victory.
