KSI’s trainer, Leon Wills, has made no secret of his admiration for Anthony Joshua. The former WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight champion won a fifth-round technical knockout over Otto Wallin. Subsequently, Joseph Parker also won a thrilling unanimous decision over Deontay Wilder on December 23. Hence, after Joshua’s victory, Wills had nothing but praise for the British heavyweight fighter.

Before this, Joshua had won by unanimous decision against Jermaine Franklin Jr. in April. Followed by a seventh-round KO against Robert Helenius in August, and with his latest win, Anthony Joshua now has 27 professional victories. Nobody is more surprised than Wills, who says he wants Joshua to win all the heavyweight belts.

Hence, according to Wills, there’s no one better than Joshua to represent the sport of boxing or the heavyweight division. Furthermore, in a tweet, Wills stated:

Hence, Wills boldly stated and reaffirmed that he believes Joshua is the best candidate to be the face of boxing. Furthermore, Wills believes that Joshua deserves to be a three-time world champion and should acquire the belts.

Joshua has represented the UK at the Olympics, is a fan favorite, and has the boxing skills to back it up. Regardless of his losses against Andy Ruiz and Oleksandr Usyk, Joshua appears to be bouncing back in terms of his professional career.

Leon Wills predicts Anthony Joshua vs. Tyson Fury

It looks like Joshua vs. Tyson Fury is gaining momentum, especially after defeating Wallin over the weekend. This was his third win of the year, and most expected the win, but there was one pertinent concern about his coach.

AJ has changed trainers twice this year, and before he clashed with Wallin, he teamed up with Fury’s former trainer, Ben Davidson. Many, including Wallin, believed the switch, especially with Davidson’s record, was a gamble for the 34-year-old.

However, after stunning Wallin in round five of the fifth at the Day of Reckoning, it was clear that his decision to team up with Davidson had been the correct one. Similarly, KSI’s trainer, Wills, also believes the same and thinks that Joshua can beat Fury.

Furthermore, Wills stated that with Davidson by his corner, Joshua can even beat Fury in the future. Subsequently, Wills stated that Joshua would make Fury’s face look like Jollof rice if they fight in the future.
