Logan Paul recently squared off with Ex-Bellator star Dillon Danis in a boxing bout. But more than a crossover bout, it was an all-out grudge affair regarding Paul’s fiance, Nina Agdal. Danis had opted to defame Agdal with overt details about her personal life. Recently, Logan talked about his experience boxing Danis.

The DAZN Series 10 boxing bout saw Danis perform poorly against the 0-1-0 Logan Paul. However, his inability to knock out a debutant opponent with minimal insight did not go unnoticed. Many fans have accordingly deplored the YouTuber-turned-boxer for his inability to live up to the set hype. Speaking on a segment on YouTube, here’s what Paul had to add to the matter:

I got to take on an internet troll and online coward and beat the sh*t out of him...I feel like the internet has given people a lot of confidence in themselves - and the freedom to do and say whatever they want online. And the fact that I got to hand-pick one of these maggots and expose him in front of millions of people, was very satisfying...

While Paul did connect more consecutive punches, his inability to finish an unseasoned boxer did not go unscathed. A fan mocked him, saying, “Bro hand picked him and still couldn’t knock him out.” Meanwhile, Danis has caught much flack as the imminent “keyboard warrior” who could not perform. Fans have engaged in savage online roasting of the fighter multiple times.

Danis, unable to outwit or out-box, had opted for a leg-drag down and probable guillotine chokehold on Paul, an illegal move in boxing. Thus, with his disqualification, Paul won the bout. Recently, the boxer, transitioning back to WWE, has disregarded an MMA rematch with Danis.

Crossover combative events are all the rage now. But the crossover boxing bout between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul was no lighthearted matter. From Danis trolling Paul and his fiance, the build-up had taken some ugly turns. So much so that the Ex-Bellator star faced a lawsuit for defamation charges.

Even though Paul ended up winning against the rival, his victory came in the way of a disqualification. Hence, the boxer boasting about beating his opponent did not acclimate well amongst MMA enthusiasts and fans of the sport. Check out a few reactions on the matter below.
