Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou recently fought at the Battle of the baddest bout in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The highly anticipated crossover match between the former UFC heavyweight champion and the WBC heavyweight champion was attended by several celebrities. Furthermore, among the celebrities who attended the star-studded event were Mike Tyson, Manny Pacquiao, Conor McGregor, Cristiano Ronaldo, and several other well-known celebrities from different sports.
Subsequently, former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson cornered Ngannou’s team for the bout. Furthermore, the fight lived up to the hype, and Ngannou delivered an amazing, unexpected performance against the undefeated boxer. However, Ngannou lost the bout via a controversial split decision, which is being called a robbery. A day after the match, Tyson officially opened his boxing gym called ‘Mike Tyson Boxing Club’ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Several prominent figures attended the opening ceremony of the gym, and Pacquiao was among them.
It was announced earlier this year that the world’s first Mike Tyson Boxing Gym will open in the capital. Furthermore, the establishment of the gym was initiated by Riyadh Season’s Chief Executive Officer, Turki Al Alshikh. Subsequently, the opening of the gym is part of a larger plan to develop Saudi Arabia as a hub for combat sports.
In addition, Al-Alshikh has appointed world-renowned boxing coach Joe Gallagher to run the gym. The luxurious boxing gym has been entirely designed as a tribute to Tyson and his splendid career as a heavyweight.

Pacquiao and Tyson are both legendary figures in boxing, but they come from different eras and weight classes. Pacquiao is primarily known for his success in the lower weight classes, particularly in the featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight divisions.
Furthermore, he is the only boxer in history to win world titles in eight different weight divisions. Similarly, Tyson is known for his dominance in the heavyweight division. Tyson was the youngest heavyweight champion in boxing history and one of the most feared boxers of his era. In addition, Pacquiao has revealed that he became a boxer after watching Tyson fight in the 1990s.
