Mike Tyson is one of the most well-known boxers. Tyson is training Francis Ngannou for his fight against Tyson Fury on the 28th of October. The fighter recently sat down with Ngannou to discuss the GOATs in various categories.
Mike Tyson and Ngannou recently appeared in an episode of “GOAT Talk” for Complex. As the episodes progressed, Ngannou asked Tyson about the GOAT of acting. Tyson revealed it was Denzel Washington. Subsequently, Tyson said, “He could play anything, he could play a blonde 10-year-old with Blue Eyes. He can do anything yeah”. Furthermore, Ngannou stated that his “GOAT Actor” was Sylvester Stallone, whom he had idolized since he was 5-years-old.
Ngannou’s father had a poster of Stallone, and he remembered watching the character “Rambo” and became obsessed with it. Furthermore, Ngannou stated that he remembered Stallone’s bulging muscles and iconic headband in his role. Stallone’s Rocky movies delved into the sport of boxing also had a great impact on Ngannou.

Francis Ngannou, a former UFC fighter started training for his upcoming boxing match against Tyson Fury. For his training, Ngannou recruited the former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, who is a legendary boxer.
Tyson shared a video of Ngannou training on Twitter, which depicted Ngannou’s progress and his thoughts on it. Furthermore, in the video, Tyson showed good punching power, technique, and agility from Ngannou. Alongside the video, Tyson posted a tweet commending Ngannou for his “dedication” and noting that the Cameroonian knew how to box. After working with him personally, Tyson remains very confident about Ngannou’s potential and affirmed this on various platforms.
Furthermore, he stated that Ngannou could surprise the world by beating Fury. Tyson reasoned that Ngannou was no ordinary underdog. Hence, Tyson remained confident about Ngannou landing a few solid punches to defeat Fury.
