In the wake of their recent boxing showdown, Nate Diaz and Jake Paul have once again found themselves at odds. While Jake Paul emerged victorious with a unanimous decision in their boxing match, he wasted no time extending an offer for an MMA rematch. This ignited a fresh round of verbal sparring between the two fighters.

Diaz quickly reminded Paul of his stipulations, making his intentions unequivocal. “…F**k PFL and f**k you!…,” Diaz recently sent out on X ( previously known as Twitter ). This was in response to Jake Paul‘s recent claims about Nate Diaz ducking him for an MMA fight. When approached by TMZ Sports for his thoughts on the next bout, Paul claimed that Diaz turned down a substantial $10 million offer for an MMA rematch inside the cage.

Paul revealed that they had negotiations until it fell apart. However, he stated that Nate Diaz declined the $10 million offer. Paul thereby questioned Diaz’s reputation as a tough fighter. Paul stated that he wanted to make history by transitioning from boxing to MMA in the prime of his career. Regrettably, Nate Diaz chose to pass on this groundbreaking opportunity.

Following his loss to Paul, Diaz asserted during the post-fight interview that any MMA bout between them would require co-promotion with his organization; Real Fight Inc. Diaz has repeatedly emphasized this condition, underlining that the fight must occur under the banner of Real Fight Inc.

Diaz had previously expressed a keen interest in a second boxing match against Paul. Paul, however, proposed an MMA contest, insisting that it be organized under the banner of the PFL. Paul signed a contract with the organization and cannot break the terms.
