Global Superstar of Football, Cristiano Ronaldo, is confirmed to be ringside for the main event fight between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury. Ronaldo, who recently joined the Saudi Arabian Club Al-Nassr, will be among the PPV’s high-profile guests. Mike Tyson and Kevin Hart are also confirmed to be attending the event.
Cristiano Ronaldo is a fight fan who has shown his support for Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov in the past. He recently posted a picture with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou. Ronaldo had a really tough 2022, where he found less playing time at Manchester United, more criticism for his attitude, and also missed the pre-season. A Piers Morgan interview was the be-all and end-all of Ronaldo’s stay on the red side of Manchester. ‘

FIFA World Cup held in Qatar was also a disappointment for Ronaldo as he was benched in the final two games for Portugal and the team ultimately bowed out of the tournament in the quarter-finals. He will look to put these disappointments aside for 2023 and will be hoping to return to European Football at some point.
Can Tommy Fury beat Jake Paul?
Tommy Fury will be the latest guy to take on Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia on 26 February. Tommy Fury is less accomplished than his brother Tyson Fury, undefeated heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. Though Tommy has an undefeated record, his fights are against boxers with terrible records.
Jake Paul has tested himself against legit fighters like Tyron Woodley and Anderson Silva. The level of competition Paul has fought is certainly higher than what Tommy has fought. It remains to be seen if Tommy was hiding his true potential all this time.
Jake Paul is among the most polarising boxers in the world. Paul has been criticised for fighting out of prime MMA fighters and not fighting any legit boxers. After all the trash talk leading up to their fight, only to fall short will certainly be a terrible look for Tommy Fury.
