Here’s the secret Floyd Mayweather used to use to get more speed into his punches. Regularly, when we throw punches from our fists like this, it is pretty fast, but Floyd, one of the greatest fighters of all time, could punch even faster.

Jeffires explained the technique behind Mayweather’s jabs and stated that the emphasis must be placed on speed. Furthermore, the former stated that the positioning of the hands is also important because if your hands are near your face, then it takes more time to throw the punch. 

Hence, Jeffries explained that this technique does not create power punches, but it can create fast punches. Subsequently, fast jabs can be used to overwhelm an opponent or catch them off guard, and this led to most of Mayweather’s victories.

Following his victory over Conor McGregor in 2017, Money’s career in boxing came to an end. Although he has had a few exhibition bouts in recent years against the likes of Tatsuya Nomura and Logan Paul, there is no indication that he will have a regular professional match soon.
