Tyson Fury the professional boxer, has made several comments about his habits and routines leading up to fights. In a few instances, he has mentioned that he does not abstain from any sexual activity, including masturbation. Hence, Fury incorporates it into the training regimen before a fight and has vocally accepted this on several occasions.
It is not uncommon in the world of professional sports, as some athletes believe that abstaining from sexual activity may help them maintain focus and aggression leading up to a competition. However, Fury seems to endorse the opposite philosophy for this by doing the opposite before a fight. Fury spoke about his weight loss after the recent final press conference before his fight with Francis Ngannou.
The interviewer asked how Fury was able to become leaner and lose weight for the fight. Subsequently, Fury responded by stating:
The secret is no junk food and 15 w*nks a day!

Fury believes that masturbating multiple times helps increase his testosterone levels in preparation for battle. In addition, Fury had stated that he was doing it seven times a day for his trilogy fight against Wilder.
Furthermore, his body has gone through several transformations, and it depends on his lifestyle and boxing career. Subsequently, Fury could bring himself back from excessive weight gain and mental health problems in the past and remain mentally resilient.
Tyson Fury was once not allowed to box
The Gypsy King has established himself over the past fifteen years as one of the most renowned professional heavyweight boxers in history. However, his ascension to fame began long before he made his professional debut.

The physical characteristics of Tyson Fury have not always been a contributing factor to his success in the ring. By the time he was fourteen years old, Fury was taller than most teenagers and had rapidly grown to a height of 6’4″ and a weight of over 200 pounds. Consequently, Fury was not permitted to box until he was sixteen years old when he was able to recruit opponents with similar physical characteristics.
Since then, ‘The Gypsy King’ has been able to become a world-renowned undefeated heavyweight champion. At the age of 35, he has a 33-0 boxing record, with his only draw coming against Deontay Wilder.
