As if the stakes for their fight were not already high enough, Jake Paul has made them even higher. In classic Jake Paul fashion, the former YouTuber turned boxer placed some sizable wagers before the fight, making it even more intriguing.

Tommy Fury stated during the pre-fight press conference that he plans to knock Jake out in the fourth round. In return, Jake Paul said, “I think we make a deal then since you’re so confident…I think we make a deal. If you win, I’ll pay you double what I’m paying you already. But if I win, I take everything that I’m paying you…Deal or no deal since you’re so confident. Deal or not deal? I want to shake on it.”

Paul stood up and extended a handshake in agreement as the two continued to yell at each other. In the end, Tommy’s father, John Fury, did accept the bet made by Jake. Jake has won bets in the past against Tyron Woodley, who agreed to get a Jake Paul tattoo, and Anderson Silva, who agreed to back Jake’s plan for a fighter’s union. As of now, it is not publicly disclosed if Tommy has signed the contract or not.
