Tyson Fury has always been very vocal about exposing the dark sides of his life to the fans. Fury has several motivational stories and one of them revolves around the world always trying to put you down. In a social media video, Fury said, “When you’re blessed by God, like me, it is hard to keep a man down like this. People have tried to put me down my whole life. When I was a little kid, 10 years old, I weighed 4 stone in weight. I was very light, I was skinny, and people would put me down then.”

“People put me down in school because I was stupid, didn’t work. Put me down all my life because I was tall, lanky, and fat. Then people put me down saying, ‘he is slow, he is chinless, he is this, he is that.’ Then you go win world championships and then they still put you down. And then you have a mental breakdown and they put you down even worse. You blow up 400 pounds and they say ‘he is finished.’ And then you come back from that and they put you down, again, and again.”

“The moral of the story is life will always try to bring you down. You should never ever give in to it. Keep fighting because tomorrow is a new day and you never know what’s coming. For anyone that is suffering, and they feel down on themselves. The word is ‘Yes. You. Can.’ Never let anyone put you down in life.”
