What felt like a one-off interaction by the end of the night transpired into an unholy union to take down The Bloodline. The Tribal Chief and the American Nightmare signed a contract for a match against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu at Bad Blood.
Following SmackDown, Cody Rhodes’ wife, Brandi Rhodes, had a jokey reaction to the team of her husband and the Head of the Table. She said the latter is not at such terms now for which she can invite him to their family Thanksgiving dinner. It was a callback to Rhodes and Reigns being reluctant to team up with each other.

Moreover, the Tribal Chief and the American Nightmare have been yearlong rivals. However, the commonality they share is that they have been in a heated feud with The Bloodline. Due to the fact they have a common enemy, they have come together, following the challenge by Solo Sikoa.
Furthermore, the Tribal Heir looked frustrated after Roman and Cody signed the contract. It is turning out to be captivating to see how things are going to pan out for the Bloodline from here on out. The Head of the Table has just returned after being out for weeks. Only time will tell how he will manage to be on the same page with the man who ended his 1316-day title reign.

When WWE announced that Roman Reigns would be teaming up with Cody Rhodes against the Bloodline at Bad Blood, fans were flabbergasted. It was a pretty unexpected team-up, as the stars have been rivals of each other in the past. It seems like WWE has some major plans for the two in store. Therefore, they have led to the two megastars having a union.
One possible reason can be to book the American Nightmare in the main event scene on SmackDown. The Bloodline Saga is the hottest feud on Friday nights. Other than that, WWE might be planting the seeds for the WarGames match at Survivor Series by having Rhodes and Reigns get familiar as a team before eventually getting into the barbaric match.
Moreover, both the stars are a huge draw for the company. In fact, Bad Blood is taking place in the hometown of Rhodes. Therefore, WWE had to book him for the event. With the lack of stars for Cody’s title run, having him intertwined with The Bloodline might be the only way to book him on the card.
