The news of his retirement started surfacing online. ESPN and other sources had reported that Brady has decided to call it quits. However, Tom rubbished all such rumors and repeatedly stated that he hasn’t made a final call. However, in a recent social media post, Brady officially announced his retirement.
“This is difficult for me to write, but here it goes: I am not going to make that competitive commitment anymore,” he said. “I have loved my NFL career, and now it is time to focus my time and energy on other things that require my attention,” Brady further wrote.
Tom is a superstar of the game. Repeatedly, he has proved that he is indeed one of the best in the business. Although fans would be heartbroken to learn that Brady will not take the field again, they will continue to cherish the champion player and his incredible achievements forever.
