This past weekend saw several sporting stars come together at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to catch the Indy 500 action. 2-time major champion Bryson DeChambeau was among them. He would ditch his golf clubs and drive an IndyCar.
The LIV Golf star has made a huge name for himself in the past few years for his content creation. While he usually collaborates with some big names and plays golf as a part of his ‘Break 50’ series, this time things were different.
On Sunday, the American golfer decided to keep his golf clubs aside and try something new. He would wear a custom-made racing firesuit with his and LIV Golf’s name on the back of the gear and the helmet as well.
The Crushers’ GC captain can be seen powering up his engine and then driving off. Before that, he would salute the camerapersons and wave them goodbye.

Following his round, the golfer revealed his experience. As per X account NUCLR Golf, the World No. 10 expressed the incident as riding a rollercoaster.
Going around the track was actually insane…It’s a rollercoaster, but way faster and lower to the ground, and I hated rollercoasters growing up. The G-forces are just incredible.
Before the historic event, DeChambeau also played a round of golf with Kyle Kirkwood at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course. In another video, he was seen hitting a tee shot at the race course.
Bryson DeChambeau offered advice to racers which he received from a Former World No.1
With LIV Golf not hosting an event this past week, Bryson DeChambeau had some time to travel down to Indianapolis to catch Indy 500. Before that, he was involved in a Q&A with The Athletic. During this, the LIV Golfer offered some advice to the racers which he received from a Former World No.1 golfer.

DeChambeau was asked what advice he would give to the racers or anyone else who were struggling with their game and for consistency. The 2024 U.S. Open winner shared the advice he once got from 15-time major Tiger Woods.
It’s finding your bubble, finding your zone. Tiger (Woods) talked about it to me a lot. He said, “You’ve got to build your bubble and nothing enters it. You’re there. You’re fully in control.” I think that’s the same when you’re in the car: You’re in control. You’re right here. You’re right now. Execute. That’s important.

He then proceeded to collect another runner-up finish at the PGA Championship this year, as he finished T2 alongside his LIV Golf league mate Jon Rahm.
